Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cosmetics Manager to join our team! This position is Full Time Tuesday-Saturday. In this role you will oversee cosmetics & fashion operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Your leadership will drive sales growth, maintain merchandising standards, and foster a welcoming environment for all clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills, a flair for retail management, and a deep understanding of cosmetics and beauty products. Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and positively engage with customers to help them look and feel their best
- Utilize POS data to manage inventory purchasing, merchandising, and stock replenishment to maximize product appeal and profitability
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing clients, including planning and carrying out cosmetic related store events




- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Maintain store standards to optimize the customer experience and drive traffic, sales and profitability
- Complete sales transactions and refunds courteously and accurately

Qualifications/Requirements

- Minimum 1 year retail experience
- 1 year in a management role preferred but willing to train the right person
- Good communication skills
- Work well with team members

Compensation/Benefits

- Starting wage of $20/h
- Quarterly Incentive bonus of 8% of gross profit on cosmetics sales
- Staff Discount of Cost + 10%
