Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders at the counter, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining high quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and accountability
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety

Experience

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred, demonstrating familiarity with fast-paced environments
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling roles within the food industry is highly advantageous
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food industry operations will support success in this role

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
