We’re hiring! Join the team at our brand-new Jimmy John’s location and be part of an exciting store opening. We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our in-shop team, with opportunities available for both Crew Members and Shift Supervisors.

Whether you’re looking to get started in the restaurant industry or take the next step into a leadership role, we offer training, adaptable scheduling, and opportunities to grow as the business expands.

Crew Member Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh, delicious sandwiches quickly and accurately while following established recipes and standards.
- Welcome customers, take orders in person and over the phone, and provide friendly service.
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
- Prepare ingredients, restock supplies, and maintain an organized, clean work environment.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.

Shift Supervisor Responsibilities
- Lead daily shifts and help ensure smooth, efficient store operations.
- Coach, train, and support Crew Members to maintain high standards of service and food quality.
- Oversee sandwich preparation, order accuracy, and service speed.
- Handle cash, assist with inventory,



and support opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and store organization standards.
- Lead by example by assisting with customer service and sandwich preparation during busy periods.

- A willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute to a supportive team.
- For Supervisor applicants, leadership skills and previous restaurant or supervisory experience are an asset.

Previous restaurant experience is not required for Crew Member positions, and training will be provided. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow with the team.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
