Pang! Pickleball is a brand-new indoor pickleball facility opening in downtown Mission, BC. Our modern, five-court facility is designed to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for players of all ages and skill levels.

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist with court reservations, memberships, and customer inquiries.
- Help customers use our online booking system.
- Process payments and handle transactions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Answer customer questions in person, by phone, and by email.
- Help ensure a positive experience for all players.
- Assist with general facility operations as needed.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
- Reliable, punctual,



and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using computers and online booking systems.
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or recreation experience is an asset.
- Interest in pickleball or sports is an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Experience

- pickleball play: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Canadian citizenship or work permit (required)
