Qualifications

- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates (especially Spanish) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with customers.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer records.
