We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Associate to join our door-to-door (D2D) team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on face-to-face interaction, enjoy being outdoors, and have a knack for building trust quickly with homeowners. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in growing our customer base through direct sales and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods to promote our services.
- Engage homeowners with a friendly, confident, and professional approach to spark interest and trust.
- Clearly explain the benefits of our service offerings.
- Provide on-the-spot quotes and close sales using mobile tools or scheduling software.
- Track leads, conversions, and daily activity using provided CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and client handoff.
- Handle objections and rejections positively, maintaining enthusiasm and resilience throughout the day.
- Maintain professional appearance,
representing the brand with integrity and a high level of service.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in D2D sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Capable of handling rejection and staying persistent in the face of challenges.
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
- Familiarity with mobile sales tools or CRMs is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is an asset.
