About The Role As a Community Data Analyst, you will play a vital role within our Community Insights team, supporting key clients such as Airbnb. Your primary responsibility will be to perform detailed analytical and reporting tasks by leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data sources.

You will utilize your curiosity and analytical mindset to identify trends, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations. Your ability to interpret community feedback and conversation data will help clients understand community health and engagement levels. Additionally, you will be expected to identify best practices,



suggest process improvements, and propose innovative solutions to enhance team efficiency and client outcomes.

Qualifications

- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in data analysis or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Sprinklr, or Google Analytics
- Experience with qualitative data coding and thematic analysis
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Familiarity with project management tools like Airtable or Asana
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn new tools and software
- Interest in online communities and digital engagement
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice To Have

- Fluency in a second language
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT for data analysis
- Knowledge of Salesforce or Superset
- Experience with Airtable
- Basic SQL skills

Responsibilities

- Collect, export, and prepare raw data for analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness




- Monitor ad-hoc conversation topics to deliver quick insights on community health metrics
- Leverage AI and automation tools to analyze large volumes of community feedback efficiently
- Perform qualitative data coding and categorization to identify themes and patterns
- Develop and maintain dashboards for reporting and data visualization to facilitate stakeholder understanding
- Analyze community conversations and feedback to generate actionable insights for clients
- Author and peer-review community reports tailored to client needs and objectives
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices
- Stay updated on emerging tools and techniques in data analysis and community management
