`Job Summary:`

We are seeking a experienced talented Dim Sum Chef Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. You will work closely with our team to create innovative and delicious dishes that meet the expectations of our customers.

`Responsibilities:`

- Maintain records of food costs, consumption,sales and inventory
- Manage and supervise all aspects of food preparation and cooking
- Create and develop recent menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with food safety standards
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with the management team to develop cost-effective menus that meet budgetary constraints
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

`Requirements:`





- Proven experience as a Dim Sum Chef or similar role in a Dim Sum restaurant or Dim Sum hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of food service principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required
