This role emphasizes executing opportunities that align with both franchise and corporate goals, enhancing fan engagement beyond gameplay. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with EA Ventures to drive Beyond Game strategies
- Identify and execute new partnership opportunities
- Manage partnerships from identification to launch




- Collaborate with EA SPORTS Business Development teams
- Monitor trends across sports and digital media Requirements:
- 7–10 years in Business Development or Strategic Partnerships
- Experience in gaming, sports, or digital media
- Proven negotiation skills in complex partnerships
- Strong understanding of the global sports ecosystem
