We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic food service team. Duties

- Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning stations to efficiently clean all kitchenware, utensils, and cookware
- Sort and organize dishes, glasses, silverware, and kitchen equipment for proper cleaning and storage
- Follow strict sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Assist with basic food handling tasks as needed, including prep work or assisting in the kitchen during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and surrounding surfaces
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for food preparation and service




- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing

Experience

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel dishwashing procedures is a plus
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting kitchen operations
