Join Il Greco as a Dishwasher and be a vital part of creating a seamless dining experience! In this role. You'll ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchenware, dishes, and utensils, supporting our culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional food and hospitality.

Duties

- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, and surrounding areas to uphold health and safety standards.
- Assist with organizing and storing clean items in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment operation.
- Help manage waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the workspace tidy.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.




- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment or cooking processes is a plus but not mandatory.
- Prior hotel or food service experience can be advantageous for understanding hospitality expectations.

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
