House of Lager Brewing Company is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Prep Cook / Dishwasher to join our team! We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and is ready to help wherever needed in the kitchen.

Wage: $18.25–$20.00 per hour + tips

Employment: Part-time or full-time opportunities available

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients for daily service, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning food.
- Assist with basic food preparation and cooking as needed.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including workstations, floors, and dishwashing areas.
- Properly label, date, store, and rotate food items.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist kitchen staff during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Take out garbage and recycling and complete cleaning and closing duties.




- Restock kitchen supplies and communicate when ingredients or cleaning supplies are running low.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient and positive work workplace.
