About the Role

Daymi is looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. No previous experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, washrooms, and assigned kitchen and restaurant areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
- Handle garbage, recycling, and waste disposal.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages or equipment issues.
- Assist with daily cleaning and scheduled deep-cleaning tasks.

Requirements




- No previous experience required; restaurant experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and carrying.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 per hour
