Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold food safety standards.
- Assist with basic meal preparation tasks such as ingredient prep, portioning, and assembling dishes under supervision.
- Support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness in work areas, including counters, floors, and storage spaces.
- Handle food items safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices.
- Aid in restocking supplies and ensuring all necessary items are readily available for food service.




- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a protected working environment for everyone.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service and smooth kitchen operations.

Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is most important!
- Familiarity with basic cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling practices is a plus.
- Prior kitchen experience or exposure to the food industry will help you adapt quickly to the role.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
