About Us

Glasswise Inc. is a growing glass and mirror company specializing in custom solutions for residential and commercial clients across the GTA, including shower enclosures, mirrors, glass railings, partitions and commercial glazing. We're looking for a detail-oriented estimator who also enjoys selling to join our office team.

The Role

This is an office-based role that combines estimating and inside sales. You'll turn drawings, specs and site measurements into accurate quotes, then work with clients to win the job. If you're good with numbers, organized, and like the satisfaction of closing a deal, this role is for you. No vehicle required.

Estimating

- Read blueprints, shop drawings, specifications and site measurements to prepare accurate estimates
- Price residential and commercial glass projects, including shower enclosures, mirrors, railings, partitions and storefront glazing
- Source pricing from suppliers for glass, hardware and materials
- Prepare and submit bids and quotes for contractors, builders and homeowners
- Maintain cost and pricing databases and keep them current
- Review tender documents and flag scope gaps, exclusions and clarifications

Inside Sales

- Respond quickly to website, phone, email and Indeed leads
- Follow up on submitted quotes and bids until the deal closes
- Advise clients on glass types, hardware, finishes and technical options
- Build relationships with contractors, builders and designers for repeat business




- Keep accurate records of leads, quotes and client interactions in our system
- Hand closed jobs off smoothly to our project and install team

What We're Looking For

- 1+ years of experience in estimating, quoting or inside sales; construction, glazing or building products is a strong asset
- Able to read blueprints and drawings (AutoCAD experience is a plus)
- Solid math skills and attention to detail
- Confident on the phone and comfortable following up and closing
- Organized and comfortable with Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM or ERP software

Compensation

- Base salary of $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience
- Plus uncapped commission on sales
