Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a robust commitment to providing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. This position requires experience in food preparation, cooking, and food safety.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Perform food handling tasks, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Demonstrate excellent knife skills for food preparation tasks

Requirements

- Proven experience in a restaurant.
- Strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques.




- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen.
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meal preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
