Edmonton Print Shop | Edmonton, Alberta | Commission-based

Edmonton Print Shop is looking for an experienced salesperson who can bring in business clients and build lasting customer relationships. We produce business printing, signage, banners, decals, vehicle graphics, promotional products and event materials for Edmonton businesses.

This role is for someone who already knows how to prospect, close and grow accounts. You should be comfortable meeting business owners, following up consistently, preparing quotes with our team and turning one-time jobs into repeat business.

What you’ll sell

- Business cards, flyers, brochures and booklets
- Banners, signs, decals, stickers and window graphics
- Vehicle graphics and business branding materials
- Trade show and event packages
- Custom print solutions for local businesses

What you’ll do
- Your main responsibility will be to identify prospects, make contact, book meetings, follow up and win print, signage and branding work for EPS.
- Prospect Edmonton businesses and book sales meetings
- Find out what clients need and bring the right EPS products forward
- Follow up on leads, quotes and previous customers
- Build a pipeline of new and repeat accounts
- Coordinate with our production team so quotes reflect the job scope and costs
- Track prospects, quotes and sales activity in the company’s system





What we’re looking for
- A strong, verifiable record of B2B sales results
- Ideally, experience in commercial printing, signage, advertising, promotional products or a related field
- Existing business relationships in Edmonton are a major advantage
- Confidence with prospecting, quoting, negotiation and closing
- Reliable follow-through and clear communication
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline

Compensation Commission-based, with the commission plan and payment terms agreed in writing before work begins. The plan should define when a sale qualifies, how commission is calculated, when it is paid, and how cancellations or refunds are handled.
