Frankcoms Framing & Carpentry is hiring three experienced Framers and a Framers Helper to join our crew. We frame Custom houses, townhomes and residential projects (no subdivision) and are looking for reliable workers who take pride in clean, efficient work.

Lead Hand Framer Responsibilities:

Lead and organize a framing crew

Layout and frame floors, walls, roofs, and stairs

Read and interpret drawings and plans

Keep production on schedule

Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards

Communicate clearly with crew and management

Experienced Framer Requirements:

Solid residential framing experience

Ability to run a crew and work independently

Solid layout skills

Reliable transportation

Knowledge of Ontario Building Code is an asset

Framing Helper Responsibilities:

Assist framers with material handling and assembly

Use basic hand and power tools





Keep job site clean and organized

Follow direction and learn framing skills

Work safely at all times

Helper Requirements:

Construction or framing experience preferred

Willing to learn and work hard

Reliable and punctual

Physically able to work full days
