- FACRRM (Fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine)
- American Board Family Medicine Certification

- Full registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
