and compliance solutions that deliver measurable ROI to clients What We Are Looking For - 5-7+ years of B2B outbound field sales experience (mandatory) - A proven track record of consistently winning new business - Strong hunter mentality with a drive for cold outreach and self-generated leads - Experience thriving in fast-moving, short-cycle new business sales environments is highly preferred - Experience managing your own territory independently - Confidence engaging senior stakeholders (Business Owners, Directors, Executives) - A proactive approach to networking, referrals, and opportunity creation - A valid driver's licence What to Expect - $60,000-75,000 base salary with guaranteed commission in your first year to ensure a seamless transition.
