- Clear and reset tables swiftly, maintaining a tidy and inviting dining area throughout service hours.
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery when needed, supporting smooth table turns and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining spaces by wiping down tables, chairs, and surrounding areas regularly.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food handling, preparation assistance, or replenishing supplies during busy periods.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely service and address guest needs promptly.
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and sanitation practices at all times.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude toward guests and team members.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk quickly between tables and kitchen stations, and lift moderate loads as needed.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms is a plus for processing orders or payments.
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, cleaning procedures, and basic food preparation techniques enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience with hotel or barista roles can be beneficial in understanding hospitality standards and guest interactions.
