Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Framing Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing the structural framework of buildings, ensuring precision and safety throughout every phase of the project. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately construct framing structures.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and metal framing components using hand tools and power tools.
- Construct wall frames, floors, ceilings, and roof structures with precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes when necessary for material handling or positioning.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks as part of structural support systems.
- Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishing materials to complete framing projects.




- Collaborate with other trades such as concrete finishers, welders, or drywall installers to ensure seamless project progression.

Requirements

- Proven experience in carpentry or construction work with a focus on framing.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques essential for framing tasks.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, drywall installation, siding work, and basic welding is a plus.
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation relevant to construction sites.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety protocols at all times.
