Moving Butlers is a premium, white‑glove moving company based in Metro Vancouver. We’re expanding fast and need a full-time, in‑house marketing agent who can dominate our local market across SEO, GEO‑targeting, PPC, LSA, AI‑driven automation, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

This role is for someone who understands local service marketing, knows how to generate high‑quality booked jobs, and can build a predictable lead engine using modern tools and data.

Key Responsibilities

- SEO & Local SEO
- Build and optimize service pages (Burnaby, Vancouver, Coquitlam, Surrey, etc.)
- Improve Google Business Profile ranking and Maps visibility
- Manage citations, NAP consistency, schema, and review velocity

- GEO Targeting
- Create hyperlocal campaigns for high‑value neighborhoods
- Optimize radius targeting for LSA + PPC
- Track performance by city and postal code
- PPC & Google Ads
- Build and manage high‑intent search campaigns
- Optimize keywords, negative keywords, extensions, and landing pages
- Reduce cost per booked job through conversion‑focused strategies

- Local Services Ads (LSA)
- Manage lead flow, disputes, responsiveness score, and bidding
- Improve ranking through profile optimization and review strategy

- AI‑Driven Marketing
- Use AI tools for content creation, automation, reporting, and optimization
- Build workflows for faster ad creation, audience segmentation, and analytics
- Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Create engaging content showcasing moves, team culture, and customer stories




- Run paid social campaigns for brand awareness and retargeting
- Grow followers and increase engagement with consistent posting
- Reporting & Analytics
- Weekly reporting on leads, booked jobs, CPL, CPA, and ROI
- Track call quality, conversion rates, and funnel performance

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing (service industry preferred)
- Proven results with SEO, PPC, LSA, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Strong understanding of local service lead generation
- Ability to create content (photo/video) for social platforms
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, automation platforms)
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Must be able to work full‑time, on‑site or hybrid in Metro Vancouver
