We are an outdoor apparel, footwear, and equipment retailer in Calgary hiring two full-time Sales Associates. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and achieving sales goals.

Compensation and Career Growth

- Base pay of CAD $16.50 per hour plus sales commission.
- Progressive commission rates of 2%, 5%, and 8%, based on sales per hour.
- Each commission rate applies to the portion of sales within its corresponding tier. Detailed thresholds will be provided during the interview.
- Employees who achieve sales targets for three consecutive months and demonstrate strong overall performance will receive priority consideration for promotion to Store Manager.
- Store Manager positions offer a starting annual salary of CAD $50,000 plus commission.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and recommend suitable outdoor apparel, footwear, and equipment.
- Provide attentive customer service and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Proactively develop new customers and encourage repeat business.
- Create and maintain customer engagement through WeChat groups, Xiaohongshu, and other social media channels.




- Process sales transactions and assist with merchandising, restocking, and inventory organization.
- Support daily store operations and work toward individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications
- Fluent Mandarin and basic conversational English are required to serve our Mandarin- and English-speaking customers.
- Previous experience in apparel, footwear, or retail sales is preferred.
- Solid communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
- Available for full-time, in-store work, including weekends and holidays.
