Gamemaster (Host & Experience Specialist)

We are looking for a Gamemaster who can confidently engage with guests, manage group dynamics, and provide a professional, high-quality experience from beginning to end.

What You'll Do

- Lead escape room experiences with confidence, enthusiasm, and attention to detail
- Deliver clear, engaging, and professional pre-game briefings
- Monitor games in real time and provide timely, appropriate clues based on team progress
- Manage game timing, pacing, and the overall flow of each experience
- Conduct engaging post-game debriefs that encourage guests to return
- Identify opportunities to promote beverages, merchandise, and future bookings
- Keep facilities clean, reset game rooms accurately, and ensure everything is ready for the next group

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage and lead groups of guests
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple groups and responsibilities




- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions quickly
- A dependable, skilled attitude with a strong sense of personal accountability
- Previous experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service is considered an asset

Schedule & Requirements
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is required
- Must be comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid ProServe
- Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
