Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Promote additional products through upselling techniques and product demos to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area, including merchandising displays and stock shelves
- Conduct basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering directions,



and addressing concerns with professionalism
- Manage phone inquiries using proper phone etiquette, scheduling services or providing information as needed

Qualifications

- Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred, especially involving product demos or upselling
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling, POS operations, and inventory tasks
- Customer service experience demonstrating patience, friendliness, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves or cleaning
- Knowledge of retail merchandising, cashiering procedures, and POS systems is advantageous
