GlassWise Inc. is an industry-leading architectural glass installation company that caters to commercial and residential clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Our owner operated business specializes in glass design and installation projects using this timeless material to enhance natural light, improve views throughout the room and create architectural focal points in unexpected ways.

As we’re growing, we are seeking qualified and experienced glass installers to join our team.

Typical duties include installing custom glass shower enclosures, Office partitions, mirrors, interior and exterior glass railing systems, and other architectural glass products.

- Driver license & clean driving record

What You’ll Do

- Install shower enclosures, mirrors, glass panels and related hardware
- Measure openings and check site conditions before installation
- Load, unload and safely carry glass and materials
- Drill, cut, seal and caulk to a clean, finished standard
- Keep job sites tidy and treat clients’ homes and businesses with respect
- Helpers will assist installers and learn on the job, with a path toward installing independently

What We’re Looking For

- Installers: 1+ years of glass, glazing, or a related trade (carpentry, tile, millwork)
- Helpers: No experience needed, but you must be willing to learn and work hard
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
- Valid G driver’s licence (an asset; required for installers)
- Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented
- Own basic hand tools (an asset)
- Working at Heights and WHMIS certification (an asset)
