As a full-time, year-round manager in Blue Mountains, ON, you will oversee day-to-day safety and parking operations, ensuring compliance and effective incident response.

Your role includes recruiting, training, and leading Security and Parking teams, ensuring a service-oriented atmosphere. With a focus on maintaining safety standards, you will also drive continuous improvements in guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee guest safety and parking operations across the resort
- Recruit and train frontline Security and Parking personnel




- Respond to incidents and manage emergency preparedness
- Ensure regulatory compliance and build community partnerships
- Improve safety measures, traffic flow, and guest satisfaction Requirements:
- 5+ years in safety or emergency management
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- First Aid/CPR/AED certified
- Experience working with first responders
- Valid Ontario Driver License Lead a secure and enjoyable environment for guests at Blue Mountain Resort through effective safety management and operational excellence.
