Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Job Overview: The Quality Inn & Suites in Quispamsis is seeking friendly, dependable, and adaptable individuals to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our guest experience, you will welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

We are looking for a team player with a strong service mindset and flexible availability who thrives in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Services & Hospitality: Greet arriving guests warmly, manage smooth check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Reservations & Inquiries: Handle phone calls, walk-in bookings, and guest requests while providing information about hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions.
- Front Desk Operations: Utilize hotel property management software to maintain guest records, manage daily shift handovers, and process cash or credit card transactions accurately.
- Guest Satisfaction & Problem Solving: Address guest feedback or issues efficiently and professionally to deliver an outstanding stay experience.
- General Hotel Support: Maintain a clean, welcoming,



and organized lobby area and assist with general property or guest needs as they arise throughout shift rotations.

Qualifications

- Flexibility & Adaptability: Willing and able to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on scheduling needs.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping people.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle guest inquiries calmly and professionally in a fast-paced setting.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable operating property management software, computer systems, and standard business phone systems (training will be provided).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
