We’re looking for a results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale a high-performing sales team at a well-established Canadian immigration and citizenship services organization.

This is an exciting opportunity to own revenue growth, build a predictable sales engine, and lead a team in a high-volume, inbound-driven business.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and grow a team of 8–9 sales professionals across multiple service lines.
- Own revenue forecasting, sales targets, and team capacity planning.
- Drive weekly pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and revenue predictability.
- Establish coaching routines, including call reviews, role plays, and one-on-ones.
- Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing sales talent.
- Partner with Marketing, Growth, and Operations to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For





- 5+ years of sales experience, including 1–2+ years in sales leadership.
- Experience leading high-volume B2C, SMB, or high-velocity SaaS sales teams.
- Proven success owning revenue forecasts, quotas, and team performance.
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Robust coaching, hiring, analytical, and performance management skills.
- Currently authorized to work full-time in Canada.
- Based in Toronto and comfortable working in-office approximately 3 days per week.
