Responsibilities

- Greet guests promptly with a warm, friendly attitude, making them feel valued and comfortable.
- Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Escort guests to their tables, ensuring seating arrangements are organized and timely.
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing accurate information and taking reservations or messages as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold a welcoming environment.




- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to communicate guest needs and seating availability effectively.
- Handle guest inquiries courteously, addressing concerns or special requests with positive solutions.

Experience

- Previous experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant procedures enhances your ability to excel in this role.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for engaging with guests confidently.
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous.
- Prior hotel or restaurant experience is a plus, demonstrating your understanding of customer service excellence.
- A background in food service or hospitality helps you adapt quickly to fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism.
