Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeper / Guest Room Attendant, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create a welcoming and comfortable setting for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces
- Follow established procedures for handling laundry, linens, and cleaning chemicals safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management to uphold property standards
- Assist guests with their requests courteously and professionally, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction




- Adhere to health and safety regulations related to industrial cleaning and custodial practices
- Keep detailed records of cleaning activities and supplies used during shifts

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas
- Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus
