The City of Greater Sudbury is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance delivery for Rent Geared to Income housing units. You will ensure work complies with standards, policies and safety programs, and coordinate repairs and inspections across CGS properties.

Ideal candidates have a college diploma in a related field, maintenance trade licensing as an asset, and at least five years in building maintenance with supervisory experience, in a unionized workplace preferred.
