Forge Health is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation and performance clinic in Burnaby, offering physiotherapy, kinesiology, massage therapy, acupuncture, counselling, and naturopathic medicine in a collaborative, team based environment.

We're looking for a new or recent kinesiology graduate who wants to develop their clinical skills while taking on a meaningful role within our Client Care Team (CCT).

This unique opportunity combines part time clinical kinesiology with consistent Client Care Team shifts, providing a stable foundation as you build your caseload, confidence, and career.

Your Role

Kinesiologist | Clinical Rehabilitation

You'll work directly with clients, primarily within our active rehabilitation and ICBC programs, helping them recover from injury and return to meaningful activity.

Responsibilities include

- Delivering individualized one on one kinesiology and active rehabilitation sessions
- Developing and progressing evidence informed exercise programs
- Collaborating with physiotherapists on shared treatment plans
- Supporting clients through different stages of rehabilitation
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and communicating client progress

Client Care Team | Clinic Operations As part of our Client Care Team, you'll help create an exceptional experience for our clients while supporting the daily operations of the clinic.

Responsibilities include

- Welcoming clients and coordinating appointments
- Managing scheduling, inquiries, and client communications
- Supporting billing and administrative workflows




- Collaborating with practitioners to maintain efficient clinic operations
- Problem solving and managing competing priorities in a busy clinical environment

We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service, is detail oriented, and enjoys being an important part of a team. Schedule & Availability

This is a part time position combining dedicated Client Care Team shifts with separately scheduled kinesiology sessions.

Client Care Team | 3 Shifts Per Week

Required availability

- Monday: Closing (2:30PM-8:30PM)
- Tuesday: Opening (6:30AM - 12:30PM) or Closing (2:30PM-8:30PM)
- Thursday: Afternoon (12:30-8:30PM)

Kinesiology | 2 to 3 Shifts Per Week

- Includes one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
- Additional weekday clinical availability
- Clinical shifts may initially begin with approximately 4 hour blocks
- Opportunity to increase clinical hours as your caseload develops

- Weekly individual mentorship sessions
- Clinical shadowing opportunities across disciplines
- Case discussions and exercise programming guidance
- Real time feedback as you develop your clinical skills
- Support in developing clinical reasoning, confidence, and independence

Who We're Looking For

- Graduate of a recognized kinesiology program
- Practicing member in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK)
- New or recent graduate eager to develop clinical skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable multitasking and problem solving in a busy environment
- Reliable, professional, detail oriented, and genuinely client focused
- Receptive to feedback and motivated to learn
- Available for the required CCT shifts and weekend clinical work

Previous customer service or administrative experience is an asset, but a strong work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn are equally important. Your Growth at Forge Health
