Cloudy Then Clear has been replacing/fixing foggy, failed window glass across Ontario since 2005. We don't sell full window replacements. We replace just the sealed glass units inside existing frames, which saves homeowners thousands and makes for a faster, easier yes.

We're opening our York Region territory (Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill and area) and want an A-player in-home sales pro to own it.

How it works

- Homeowners call us. Our customer service team qualifies the lead and books the appointment straight into your calendar.
- You show up, walk the home with the customer, spot the failed (foggy) units and show samples.
- You close, measure and place the order. Our team handles installation and everything after the sale.

What you'll earn

- Commission-only, with a training guarantee while you ramp up
- $90,000–$200,000 per year. Robust reps should comfortably hit $150K
- No cap on earnings
- Company tablet provided

What we're looking for





- Proven in-home or direct-to-consumer sales experience OUTSIDE the window industry (home security, solar, bath, flooring, water treatment, kitchens and similar). We'll teach you the glass, our way.
- A track record of closing on the first visit. You know your numbers.
- Professional, warm and comfortable in a customer's living room
- Your own reliable vehicle and a valid G licence
- Comfortable using a tablet and CRM
- Live in or near York Region
