Yanda Canada is looking for skilled, experienced, and motivated Instrument Technicians to join our growing team in Anzac, Alberta!
We are seeking dependable professionals with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in industrial instrumentation, troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance.

What We Offer

- Rotation: 24 days on / 4 days off OR 21 days on / 7 days off

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair industrial instrumentation and control systems.
- Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on sensors, gauges, valves, transmitters, and control devices.
- Diagnose and resolve instrumentation and electrical issues.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and automation systems.
- Repair or replace faulty instruments, wiring, and control components.
- Work closely with electrical and mechanical teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and calibration records.
- Follow all site safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation, calibration, troubleshooting, and control systems.
- Experience working with PLCs and industrial automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Experience in oil and gas or industrial construction is considered an asset.
- Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts on a rotational schedule.
