You will draft and negotiate licence, R&D;, collaboration, co-development and technology transfer agreements and advise clients on strategies to protect and commercialize IP assets.

You will conduct IP audits, provide transactional support and due diligence for corporate transactions, and act as a strategic advisor to clients.
