Duties

- Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users via help desk platforms, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop support issues across Windows, macOS, including software troubleshooting and hardware repairs.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer networks including LAN (Local Area Network), firewall settings, VPN connections, and Wi-Fi access points to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
- Support the setup and maintenance of computer hardware components such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Document issues, resolutions,



and workflows meticulously for tracking tasks and for incident management to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in IT support roles or had worked as telecommunication technician with a understanding of desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup, firewall configuration, VPN access, and troubleshooting network issues.
- Robust communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience supporting remote users through VPN connections or remote desktop tools is highly desirable.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must have own vehicle, tools, ladder, and ability to work as piece rate sub-contractor.
