Job Summary

We are looking for a fast, reliable, and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper / Cook to work at our Appetizer Station.

This position is responsible for preparing and cooking appetizer items and some of main dish at their assigned station, keeping the station organized during service, and cleaning the station at the end of each shift.

Schedule:

- Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Saturday: 5:00 PM – 10:30 PM

No previous kitchen experience is required. Training will be provided. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, work accurately under pressure, and has a positive memory. Starting wage: $18/hour + Kitchen tip

Wage will increase to $19/hour after successfully completing the 3-month probation period. The increase may be given earlier if the employee is able to independently perform all duties at their station.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook appetizer items at the assigned station.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and restaurant standards accurately.
- Work quickly and accurately during busy service periods.
- Keep the station clean,



organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Monitor food quality and ensure orders are prepared correctly.
- Clean and organize the entire station at the end of the shift.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with other kitchen duties when required.

Qualifications

- No previous kitchen experience required — training will be provided.
- Able to learn quickly and remember recipes, procedures, and station responsibilities.
- Must be able to work fast and accurately in a busy kitchen environment.
- Good memory and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Able to work independently once trained.

Pay: $19.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
