AltaSteel Inc. is seeking an experienced Labour Relations Specialist to support leaders with strategic labour relations guidance and investigations. The role reports to the Manager, Labour Relations and requires frequent work in plant settings.

The position is full-time, on-site in a manufacturing environment with standard Monday–Friday hours and occasional outside-hours investigations. Pre-employment checks and a comprehensive perks package are included.
