About The Lakeshore Spa The Lakeshore Spa is a growing spa and aesthetic treatment centre in Chestermere, Alberta. We offer professional laser hair reduction and advanced skin treatments in a welcoming, client-focused environment.

We are looking for an experienced Laser Technician who combines strong technical skills with proven sales ability. The ideal candidate is comfortable conducting consultations, recommending personalized treatment plans, and converting qualified leads into high-value treatment packages.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both delivering excellent client results and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Laser Treatments & Client Care

- Perform laser hair reduction, Body/Face Contouring, Skin Rejuvenation, Acne, Pigmentation/Vascular treatments safely and professionally.
- Conduct client consultations, assess skin types and hair characteristics, and determine treatment suitability within your training and scope of practice.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and explain recommended sessions, expected results, and aftercare.
- Perform test patches when appropriate and follow all safety, hygiene, and equipment protocols.
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, consent forms, and progress documentation.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage retention, rebooking, and referrals.

Sales & Revenue Generation
- Conduct effective consultations that identify client needs and recommend suitable treatment packages.
- Confidently present and sell high-value laser packages,



typically ranging from $1,500 to $3,000 , based on client needs and treatment suitability.
- Convert consultation appointments and incoming leads into paid treatment packages.
- Explain the value of treatment series, package options, promotions, and available payment plans.
- Follow up with prospective clients who have not yet purchased a package.
- Meet agreed-upon sales, conversion, rebooking, and revenue targets.
- Maintain a professional, consultative sales approach focused on client trust, transparency, and long-term results.

Required Qualifications
- Relevant laser training and valid certifications, licences, or other credentials required for the treatments you will perform in Alberta.
- Hands-on experience performing laser hair reduction treatments.
- Demonstrated sales experience in laser aesthetics, medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or a similar high-value service environment.
- Proven ability to sell treatment packages valued at $1,500–$3,000 or more.
- Strong communication, consultation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Confidence discussing treatment plans, package value, and payment options with clients.
- Professional, organized, client-focused, and comfortable working toward sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a laser clinic, medical spa, or advanced aesthetics centre.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.




- Experience managing consultation leads and following up with prospective clients.
- Familiarity with laser hair reduction technology, skin assessments, contraindications, and treatment protocols.
