The City of Leduc is recruiting a Permanent Full-Time Lead Instructor for the Leduc Recreation Centre. You will provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to aquatic instructors, ensuring protected, high-quality programs with excellent customer service to participants and families.

Reporting to the Aquatic Programs Coordinator, you will support daily operations, instructor development, and program administration to create a positive experience for staff and participants.
