We are looking for a proactive, creative, and organized Marketing & Admin Assistant to support marketing, content creation, lead generation, and administrative operations across all brands operated by the owner.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO

● Develop and execute content strategies

● Create, edit, and post content across all owner-operated brands

● Manage TikTok, YouTube, Google, Facebook, and Instagram

● Assist with founder-led content creation

● Generate leads and support business growth

● Call customers, follow up with leads, and schedule appointments

● Assist with general administrative tasks

Must-Have Skills

● Google Ads and Meta Ads

● SEO

● Content strategy

● Content creation, editing, and posting

● Knowledge of Claude and AI tools

● Strong communication and organizational skills
