Location: Tillicum Mall The Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales by providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. This role maximizes sales through efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable service while ensuring the store is neat, clean, and well‑presented at all times. Assist the Store Manager in whatever duties she designates.

We are looking for individuals who can confidently sell and promote Just Cozy merchandise through consistent execution of our Spirited Service standards. Sales Associates also support store management with daily operational tasks and sales‑driving responsibilities.

This position is often single‑staffed, so candidates must be comfortable working independently, staying productive without direct supervision, and maintaining strong self‑motivation throughout their shift.

Dress Code Requirements To maintain a professional and consistent brand image, all employees must follow the Just Cozy dress code:

Women:

- Must wear Just Cozy attire while working (shirts, leggings, or capris)
- Nice dress shoes, clean tennis shoes, or flats
- No open‑toed shoes, sandals, slides, or slippers

Men:

- Business or business‑formal attire
- Slacks with a button‑up or polo
- No logos, graphics, or designs
- No baggy or oversized clothing
- Clean dress shoes or clean tennis shoes

Requirements

- Energetic, friendly, and positive team player
- Strong ability to stay motivated and productive while working alone
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- 1–3 years of retail sales associate and key holder experience
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
