- Provide mentorship and leadership to Bylaw Enforcement Officers

- Investigate and process complex bylaw complaints
- Promote public education and voluntary compliance
- Maintain accurate records and legal documents Requirements:
- Grade 12 and post-secondary education in related areas
- Completion of related Bylaw Compliance courses
- Seven years as a Bylaw Enforcement Officer
- Three years of supervisory or policing experience
