Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items efficiently and consistently, ensuring that every dish meets our standards of excellence. Duties

Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items, ensuring all food is fresh and properly handled

Cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations,



adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients

Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders

Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure quality control

Contribute to maintaining inventory levels by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting

Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Excellent understanding of meal preparation and presentation techniques

Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and follow instructions accurately

Basic serving skills to assist with plating or serving when needed

Passion for culinary arts with a desire to learn and grow within the food industry

Pay: $18.25-$25.43 per hour
