Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook a variety of menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients
- Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils throughout shifts
- Support the team during busy service times by providing timely and accurate food service




- Adhere to all health regulations and restaurant policies to ensure a safe dining workplace

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong understanding of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
