Duties

- Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Support dishwashing duties by cleaning dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools promptly
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation at all times




- Help manage inventory by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs
- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team

Skills

- Experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Familiarity with serving protocols and customer service standards
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic skills in meal preparation, including chopping, assembling, and cooking ingredients
- Kitchen experience that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Pay: $18.25-$24.66 per hour
