We are seeking a motivated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing food items with precision and efficiency, ensuring every dish meets our standards of excellence. Tuesday & Wednesday 11:30 - 8

Thursday, Friday & Saturday 11:30- 9

Closed Sunday and Monday

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Cook menu items with consistency, speed, and accuracy to meet customer expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously




- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to promote safety and quality
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food service and guest satisfaction

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions accurately while maintaining efficiency
- Knowledge of meal preparation processes and culinary techniques
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service through quality food presentation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
