JOON'S is a current fine-dining restaurant opening in 2026 at 6211 Mayfield Rd, Brampton, ON. We are hiring Lounge Staff with strong liquor knowledge and a talent for upselling.

What you'll do

- Welcome and serve guests in our lounge
- Recommend spirits, wines and cocktails based on each guest's taste
- Upsell premium drinks, bottles and small plates naturally and confidently
- Keep the lounge clean, comfortable and well presented
- Work closely with the bar team to keep service smooth

What we're looking for

- Experience in a lounge, bar or upscale restaurant
- Solid knowledge of spirits, wine and cocktails
- Friendly, confident personality and proven sales skills
- Smart Serve certification (required)
- Available evenings, weekends and holidays
